Multivariate statistical analysis (MSA) and classification:Calculate MSA eigenimages (eigenvectors) and eigenvalues of an input data-set (aligned images, spectra, 3-D volumes...), classify the input data into the wanted number of classes and sum the members in each class. In case of noisy input the results is a set of less-noisy class-averages. Alternatively, the input can be MSA eigenfiltered.
